This app collects no personal data. It has no account or sign-in. The reading experience works in airplane mode because its text and media are on the device.
What is collected
We collect no personal or usage data. The app has no analytics, advertising, or third-party crash-reporting service. It creates no account or advertising identifier.
What is stored, and where
The app remembers where you were reading — which canto, which stanza, which scene, your position in a narration track, and a few display preferences such as whether the facing translation is shown.
This is kept in the app's local storage on your device. The developer does not receive it. You can clear it with the reading-progress reset control or by deleting the app. Device backups are managed by your operating system and its settings.
Network
The app does not contact a server to provide the reading experience. All text, artwork and narration audio are inside the download. The Credits page contains links to external source archives; opening one is your choice and requires a network connection. Those sites apply their own privacy policies.
On Android the package declares the INTERNET permission. This is
required by the framework the app is built on, whose web view serves the app's
own files from the device over a local address. No traffic leaves the device as
a result of it.
Children
The app collects no data from children or other readers. Its literary content includes disturbing themes; the store's age rating describes that content.
Third parties
No reader data is shared or sold, because the app collects none. The app uses software libraries to display its local content; it does not include a third-party analytics or advertising service.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any version of the app that collected data would say so here first.
